Loose Change Rough Cut?

Oh, crap, here we go again. I caught this earlier on the Looser's radio show; to nobody's shock and awe, Dylan is pushing back the Final Cut, but apparently he's going to have a "rough cut" ready for 9-11-07. Remember when the Final Cut was going to be in theaters 9-11-06?
